(Click to see larger image) In order to make return/detachment of the pipette possible on your existing unit, the UT-3 provides this facility on the joint itself. A dual rotation mechanism enables the pipette holder to be adjusted freely and allows fine adjustments in both pivot and tilt axes.

The UT-3A is a UT-3 with the joints removed, leaving only the return mechanism. You can thus use your existing ball join units to extend the range of functions.
