When working with cells of relatively low density, such as lymphocytes, the chamber should be spun in a centrifuge equipped with a microplate carrier. A centrifuge accessory pack is available for this purpose. It consists of two adapters and a counterweight, allowing use of one or two chambers in the centrifuge. (Note that the counterweight balances only the chamber, so both adaptors must always be used – shown left front in photo.)
