This is a characterized rabbit anti-peptide antibodies corresponding to a selected region of a specific mammalian protein serine/threonine phosphatase.These antibodies are made against specific peptides to enhance reactivity and minimize cross reactivity. The antibody was made against the peptide sequence NH2-R-M-P-P-R-R-D-A-P-S-D-A-COOH conjugated to KLH and is suitable for WB and IHC applications. The antibody cross reacts with human, mouse, rat, and bovine samples.
