This polyclonal antibody was prepared in rabbit using a synthetic peptide, 672R-N-F-S-Y-V-S-P-E-L-Q-P683 corresponding to a C-terminal sequence of rat PKC eta, conjugated to thyroglobulin as the immunogen. This antibody is suitable for use in Western Blot, EIA, and IHC applications.
