This antibody was generated in rabbit against a synthetic peptide specific for microsomal Human PGE Synthase (PGE Isomerase or mPGEi). mPGEi coinduces (with COX-2) the isomerization of PGH2 to PGE2 during in vivo inflammatory responses. mPGEi is a useful target for physiologic as well as pathophysiologic studies. The antibody is supplied as serum and is suitable for Westerns, IHC not yet tested.
