Product Overview

This purified monoclonal antibody, made against Human PAI-1, is inhibitory through the binding of a epitope located on the F-Helix of PAI-1. The PAI/MoAB complex is a substrate for target proteinases tPA and urokinase. Specific for both human and mouse. Suitable for use in ELISA.
