This IgG fractionated antibody was made from sheep Prostaglandin H Synthase 1 (PGHS-1), also known as Cyclooxygenase 1 (COX-1), in rabbit.? This antibody detects COX-1 expression for human and sheep while reacting weakly with Cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2).? Product no. PG19 cross reacts in several mammalian species including human, mouse, rat and reacts with both COX-1 and COX-2 proving to be suitable for total PGHS expression.
