Product Overview

This plasmid contains the 960 bp of the 5’-flanking region of the murine COX-2 gene linked to a luciferase reporter gene. Upon transfection into a murine cell line, this construct can be used to investigate COX-2 gene expression.? In addition, we also offer a longer version (3295 bp) of the 5’-flanking region of the murine COX-2 gene sold as product PG09. Reference:
