This antibody was generated in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a distinct C-terminal region of Human Cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2), also known as Prostaglandin H Synthase 2 (PGHS-2). It specifically reacts with COX-2 from most species thus far examined including human, mouse and rat. It does not cross-react with COX-1. It is available as an IgG Fraction. Suitable for use in Western, EIA, and IHC applications.
