This recombinant human GST O1-1 is produced in an E. coli expression system and purified by nickel chromatography. ?The enzyme activity was measured using CDNB as the substrate but it should be noted that CDNB is not the ideal substrate for GST O1-1 and this activity should only be used to provide guidance when using other substrate.
