Product Overview

Human tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA) is a 527 amino acid glycoprotein. This single chain form is synthesized from cDNA from a human melanoma cell line. It is recombinantly produced in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. This fully active tPA’s is greater than 85% pure and provided in three forms: unlabeled, FITC, or Texas Red labeled. All forms can be? complexed with human PAI-1.
