Human two-chain HMW uPA (urokinase) is immobilized on agarose resin. It is ideal for the controlled activation of plasminogen to plasmin. After the activation is complete, the resin is simply removed and the reaction is quenched. May be used to immunopurify monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies directed against human urokinase. May be used repeatedly.
