Buffer: phosphate buffered saline with 0.05% NaN3 as a preservative Storage: +2 to 8°C Protein Concentration: 19.4 mg/mL Working Dilution: 1:4000 by indirect ELISA Western Blot: At a dilution of 1:2000, the antisera reacts to 0.3 ug and 0.6 ug of antigen. Does not react to 0.5 ug of purified Lysozyme, Myeloperoxidase, Cathepsin G, Proteinase 3, or Elastase. IEP: Single arc on IEP of human neutrophil granule extract. The Azurocidin immunogen used to prepare this antibody was purified in the Athens Research & Technology laboratory. It is a native protein, whole molecule, isolated from human neutrophils.
