Directions for use	Take 100 μl peripheral blood anticoagulated by EDTA and add to the bottom of a 5 ml tube. Add 10 μl labeled antibody to the bottom of the flow tube and mix with the whole blood. Allow to stand for 20 minutes at room temperature in the dark. Add 2 ml RBC lysis buffer, mix, then incubate for 10 minutes in the dark to dissolve red blood cells. Centrifuge the sample tube at 1000 RPM for 5 minutes. Discard the supernatant. Add 2 ml PBS to resuspend and wash the cells, then centrifuge at 1000 RPM centrifugation for 5 minutes. Discard the supernatant. Add 0.5 ml PBS to resuspend the cells, and detect by flow cytometry (sample should be measured on the same day, or can be fixed overnight at 4 °C then measured).
