The Mixer HC accepts a variety of interchangeable thermoblocks. The thermoblock for multiple and deep well plates can be used at speeds from 300 to 1400 rpm (800 rpm when loading >200 grams). If using multiple well plates made of polystyrene, make sure that the heat setting does not exceed 70°C. If using 96-well PCR plates, the PCR adapter plate is required (see item 8012-0019.) |
