Spin-X? centrifuge tube filters use centrifugation to remove bacteria and particles, prepare HPLC samples, separate cells from media and purify DNA from agarose or acrylamide gels.
Units consist of a membrane-containing insert and a polypropylene centrifuge tube. Choose the cellulose acetate membrane insert for aqueous solutions or the nylon membrane insert for HPLC applications. Both membranes are available in 0.22 and 0.45μm pore sizes.
