These cryogenic vials are manufactured from polypropylene to withstand temperatures to –196°C (–320.8°F)
Warning: Do not use cryogenic vials for storage in the liquid phase of liquid nitrogen.
All self-standing vials have a special base design allowing them to be locked into the Corning? Cryogenic Vial Rack, Polypropylene, 50-Position for single-handed manipulation. All vials except the External Thread Vial with Plug Seal Cap can be color-coded with cap inserts, which are sold separately. Vials have a large marking spot for easy labeling of contents. DNase- and RNase-free, and nonpyrogenic.
Ordering information: Choose from round or freestanding bottoms. Available with a variety of closures. Cap insert accessory in assorted colors includes 100 each of white, blue, red, green, and yellow.
