Increase student understanding of atomic structure with this tactile model of Bohr’s atomic model. Students manipulate plastic electrons and protons on the model’s clearly outlined electron shells to make an atom, learning how particles are divided inside the atom. The double-sided model features an electron shell on each side, so students can construct two atoms at a time and visualize how ions are formed. Electrons and protons can later be stored in the model’s attached storage box.
