Heavy-wall bottles are used in hybridization incubators or ovens with rotators.

  • Bottle fits most hybridization equipment

  • Dual chamber bottles have a capped opening at each end with a solid glass wall in the center to create two equal compartments
  • Red cap has a PTFE liner and working temperature of 180 °C
  • Blue cap has silicone sealing ring and a working temperature of 140 °C

An alternative to plastic bags or boxes, the membrane is rolled and placed into the bottle which is secured in a rotisserie. The membrane is saturated and drained during each revolution, resulting in even exposure of the blots to probe or wash solutions. Bottle fits most hybridization equipment and has straight interior walls for easy membrane placement and removal, as well as decanting of hybridization solutions.
