Brilliant II QPCR and QRT-PCR reagents were developed to maintain the high quality of original Brilliant product line, but with a significant improvement in sensitivity of detection, ensuring reproducible quantification even at low target concentrations.

  • Formulations available with low and high concentrations of ROX reference dye
  • Improved performance with earlier Ct detection across a wide dynamic range
  • Increased sensitivity of detection to low copy numbers

With the addition of ROX reference dye to our master mix, the reaction setup process is streamlined.
