Also read temperature in water baths, foods, gases, and semisolids. Simply flip a switch to change the 6.4mm (1/4") high LCD display between °C and °F. Readings are updated every second. Safer than mercury thermometers due to plastic and stainless steel construction. Stainless steel probe is resistant to acids, bases, solvents, and most laboratory chemicals.

Certifications: A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
