Thermometers supplied with each case are ASTM approved, non-mercury blue spirit; remounted on spring clips and can be replaced if breakage occurs. Three ranges available in both celcius and farenheit.

The low thermal conductivity of the plastic maintains the temperatures of the sample. The case is non-sparking.
