Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE). MOBKL1B, also known as MOB1B, belongs to the MOB1/phocein family. It stimulates the kinase activity of STK38 and STK38L. MOBKL1B binds to and regulate downstream targets such as the NDR-family protein kinases and LATS1 kinase. Therefore, MOBKL1B participates in cell cycle checkpoint control and tumor inhibition. Recombinant human MOBKL1B protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminal domain, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
