This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Interleukin 1 Eta. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Interleukin 1 Eta and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 7.81-500 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 2.7 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Interleukin 1 Eta were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
