Description
LGI4 is a secreted and glycosylated leucine-rich repeat protein. LGI4 appears to be expressed in many tissues with highest expression in brain. Senechal et al have shown high expression in the rostral migratory stream and the Purkinje cell layer of the cerebellar cortex. Synonyms: Monoclonal LGI4 antibody, Anti-LGI4 antibody, Leucine-rich glioma-inactivated protein 4 antibody, leucine-rich repeat LGI family member 4 antibody.
Immunogen
LGI4 antibody was raised in Rat using Mouse Lgi4 peptide coupled to carrier protein as the immunogen.
