It promotes rearrangement of the actin cytoskeleton and the formation of membrane ruffles. It phosphorylates PLCG1, PIK3R1, PTPN11, RASA1/GAP, CBL, SHC1 and NCK1. Recombinant human PDGFRB, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
