Rabbit IgG polyclonal Picoband? antibody for Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase CYLD (CYLD) detection. Tested with WB in Human;Rat. No cross reactivity with other proteins. CYLD is localized on the long arm of chromosome 16. This gene encodes a cytoplasmic protein with three cytoskeletal-associated protein-glycine-conserved (CAP-GLY) domains that functions as a deubiquitinating enzyme. Mutations in this gene have been associated with cylindromatosis, multiple familial trichoepithelioma, and Brooke-Spiegler syndrome. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.

E.coli-derived human CYLD recombinant protein (Position: D618-K956). Human CYLD shares 97.6% and 97.9% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat CYLD, respectively.
