Description
HRP anti-CASK. Calcium/Calmodulin-Dependent Serine Protein Kinase (CASK) is a multidomain scaffolding protein with a role in synaptic transmembrane protein anchoring and ion channel trafficking. It contributes to neural development and regulation of gene expression via interaction with the transcription factor TBR1. It binds to cell-surface proteins, including amyloid precursor protein, neurexins and syndecans.
Immunogen
This monoclonal antibody was raised against a fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 318-415 of rat CASK.
