Set Contents: SB-431542 (Cat #S0098-93): TGF-b1 receptor ALK5 inhibitor (1x1mg) LDN193189: BMP type I receptors ALK2 and ALK3 inhibitor (1x1mg) CHIR99021: GSK-3b inhibitor (1x1mg) Noggin, human recombinant: Inhibits TGF-b signal transduction by binding to TGF-b family ligands. BMP4 antagonist. (1x50ug) Solubility: SB-431542 and CHIR99021 is soluble in DMSO (~20mg/ml) or Ethanol (~2mg/ml), and DMSO (~46.5mg/ml) respectively.
