    DescriptionAnti-CD33 (clone h2H12d)-SGD-1910 ADC. This Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) product is comprised of an anti-CD33 monoclonal antibody (cloneh2H12d) conjugated via a linker to SGD-1910. The SGD-1910 is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, calicheamicin binds to DNA, causes DNA damage, and subsequently, induces cell death.
