    DescriptionAnti-CD33 (clone hP67.6)-AcBut-calicheamicin ADC. This Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) product is comprised of an anti-CD33 monoclonal antibody (clone hP67.6) conjugated via a AcBut linker to calicheamicin. The calicheamicin is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, calicheamicin binds to DNA, causes DNA damage, and subsequently, induces cell death.
