    DescriptionAnti-CD33 (clone HuM195)-AcBut-Calicheamicin ADC. This Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) product is comprised of an anti-CD33 monoclonal antibody (clone HuM195) conjugated via a AcBut linker to a Calicheamicin. The Calicheamicin is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, Calicheamicin binds to DNA, causes DNA damage.
