Description
Recognizes mouse Wnt-8b in direct ELISAs. Does not crossreact with recombinant mouse Wnt-1, -2b, -3a, -4, -5a, -5b, -8a, -9b, -10b, rhWnt-2, -7a, -7b, or -9a. Immunohistochemical staining of human neural cell line (NTera2), demonstrates that this antibody recognizes human Wnt-8b.
Immunogen
Recombinant protein corresponding to aa22-52 and aa195-269, connected by a Gly-Ser linker from mouse Wnt8b, expressed in E. coli (AAD31816). Species Sequence Homology: rat 100%, canine 98% and human 97%.
