This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Glutathione Peroxidase 1. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Glutathione Peroxidase 1 and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 3.12-200 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 5.2 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Glutathione Peroxidase 1 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
