No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Serine Peptidase Inhibitor Kazal Type 5 and analogues was observed. Sample types: tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. Range: 78.12-5000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 29 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Serine Peptidase Inhibitor Kazal Type 5 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
