This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Pim-2 Oncogene. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Pim-2 Oncogene and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 0.625-40 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.257 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Pim-2 Oncogene were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
