Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 1.56-100 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.59 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Heat Shock 60kD Protein 1, Chaperonin were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
