This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Heparan Sulfate Proteoglycan 2. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Heparan Sulfate Proteoglycan 2 and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 78.12-5000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 32.4 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Heparan Sulfate Proteoglycan 2 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
