Description
Rabbit Anti-TAX1BP1 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-2020). Provided herein is a Rabbit monoclonal antibody, which binds to TAX1BP1 (Tax1 Binding Protein 1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, IP. TAX1BP1 is a HTLV-1 tax1 binding protein. TAX1BP1 interacts with TNFAIP3, and inhibits TNF-induced apoptosis by mediating the TNFAIP3 anti-apoptotic activity. Degradation of this protein by caspase-3-like family proteins is associated with apoptosis induced by TNF. TAX1BP1 may also have a role in the inhibition of inflammatory signaling pathways.
