LTA4H also known as Leukotriene A-4 hydrolase is a bifunctional enzyme which converts leukotriene A4 to leukotriene B4 and acts as an aminopeptidase. Recombinant human LTA4H, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
