Description
Mouse Anti-GAPDH Recombinant Antibody (4G5). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes GAPDH. The antibody 4G5 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: IF, IHC-P, IP, WB. Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (EC 1.2.1.12) catalyzes an important energy-yielding step in carbohydrate metabolism, the reversible oxidative phosphorylation of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate in the presence of inorganic phosphate and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD). In the cytoplasm GAPDH exists primarily as a tetrameric isoform composed of 4 identical 37-kD subunits.
