Description
anti-mouse B7-2 monoclonal antibody reacts with a co-stimulatory molecule expressed on antigen-presenting cells, dendritic cells and activated B cells within 24 hours of stimulation by LPS, anti-CD40, anti-surface Ig, or specific antigen. B7-2, a ligand of CD28 and CTLA-4, is one of the accessory molecules that plays an important role in T cell-B cell co-stimulatory interactions. This antibody is suitable for use in flow cytometry.
