Description
Mouse Anti-THBS1 Monoclnal Antibody (A65M). Provided herein is a mouse monoclonal antibody against Cow THBS1. The antibody, clone A65M, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, IHC-Fr and IP. THBS1 is a subunit of a disulfide-linked homotrimeric protein which is an adhesive glycoprotein that mediates cell-to-cell and cell-to-matrix interactions. THBS1 can bind to fibrinogen, fibronectin, laminin, type V collagen and integrins alpha-V/beta-1. THBS1 has been shown to play roles in platelet aggregation, angiogenesis, and tumorigenesis.
