Description
Mouse Anti-THBS1 Monoclnal Antibody (A6.1). Provided herein is a mouse monoclonal antibody against Human THBS1. The antibody, clone A6.1, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as FC, ICC, IF, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP and WB. THBS1 is a subunit of a disulfide-linked homotrimeric protein which is an adhesive glycoprotein that mediates cell-to-cell and cell-to-matrix interactions. THBS1 can bind to fibrinogen, fibronectin, laminin, type V collagen and integrins alpha-V/beta-1. THBS1 has been shown to play roles in platelet aggregation, angiogenesis, and tumorigenesis.
