Description
Mouse Anti-THBS1 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-2939). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to THBS1 (Thrombospondin 1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as FC, IF, IHC, IP, WB. THBS1 is a subunit of a disulfide-linked homotrimeric protein. It is an adhesive glycoprotein that mediates cell-to-cell and cell-to-matrix interactions. THBS1 can bind to fibrinogen, fibronectin, laminin, type V collagen and integrins alpha-V/beta-1. It has been shown to function in platelet aggregation, angiogenesis, and tumorigenesis.
