Description
Mouse Anti-EMD Recombinant Antibody (6C4). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes EMD. The antibody 6C4 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB, IF. Emerin is a serine-rich nuclear membrane protein and a member of the nuclear lamina-associated protein family. It mediates membrane anchorage to the cytoskeleton. Diseases associated with EMD include Emery-Dreifuss Muscular Dystrophy 1, X-Linked and Emery-Dreifuss Muscular Dystrophy, X-Linked. Among its related pathways are Cell Cycle, Mitotic and Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC).
