Description
Mouse Anti-L1CAM Recombinant Antibody (1H3). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to L1 cell adhesion molecule (L1CAM). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as IF, WB. L1CAM is an axonal glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin supergene family. Neural cell adhesion molecule like L1CAM involved in the dynamics of cell adhesion and in the generation of transmembrane signals at tyrosine kinase receptors. During brain development, L1CAM is critical in multiple processes, including Neuroscience, axonal growth and fasciculation, and neuronal migration. In the mature brain, L1CAM plays a role in the dynamics of neuronal structure and function, including synaptic plasticity.
