| Description | Rabbit Anti-ENO2 Recombinant Antibody (BA0013). This product is a rabbit antibody that recognizes ENO2. The antibody BA0013 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB. This gene encodes one of the three enolase isoenzymes found in mammals. The functional enzyme is a dimer made up of subunits referred to as alpha, beta, and gamma. In mammals there are at least 3 isoforms of enolase characterized by different tissue distrll as by distinct biochemical and immunologic properties. This isoenzyme, a homodimer, is found in mature neurons and cells of neuronal origin. A switch from alpha enolase to gamma enolase occurs in neural tissue during development in rats and primates.
