DescriptionMouse Anti-ENO2 Recombinant Antibody (85F11). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes ENO2. The antibody 85F11 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: FC, IHC-FoFr, IF, ELISA, WB. This gene encodes one of the three enolase isoenzymes found in mammals. The functional enzyme is a dimer made up of subunits referred to as alpha, beta, and gamma. In mammals there are at least 3 isoforms of enolase characterized by different tissue distrwell as by distinct biochemical and immunologic properties. This isoenzyme, a homodimer, is found in mature neurons and cells of neuronal origin. A switch from alpha enolase to gamma enolase occurs in neural tissue during development in rats and primates. Muller et al. (2012) showed that short hai
