Description
Recombinant Anti-HN x Anti-CD28 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for HN and a central site for CD28. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget T cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the tumor vaccine modification and the research of Tumors therapy.
